You do not need a medical certificate to participate in the Balexert 20km of Geneva.

Contact us by email at info-20km@20kmgeneve.com with the subject line: FORM PROBLEM, attaching a screenshot of the problem encountered as well as a detailed description.

It is possible to change course under certain conditions

For a cheaper race : I send an email to the organization info-20km@20kmgeneve.com but I note that no refund will be made (if you have not taken out cancellation insurance).

For a more expensive race : I send an email to the organization at info-20km@20kmgeneve.com who will take care of the change of race.

Please note, I may have to pay the price difference. Once payment is made, my new registration is validated and I will automatically receive a confirmation email.

1. I check that the balance on my card is sufficient

2. If possible, I try with another credit card

3. I check that my internet connection is optimal

If I still cannot arrive, I contact the organization at the following email address info-20km@20kmgeneve.com .

• If I have subscribed to cancellation insurance: I return to my runner profile. By clicking on this link I arrive on the registration page where I put my email address with which I registered as well as the reservation code which I find on the registration confirmation. Then I click on “Request Reimbursement”. You can request a refund up to 72 hours after the event. For more information, please contact the insurance company directly.

• PLEASE NOTE: cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration and until October 30, 11:59 p.m. For more details, I read the rules

• If I have not taken out cancellation insurance at the time of registration, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed to me.

All registrations are personal and definitive, none can be transferred to another year or to another person.

In order to personalize your medal, you must return to your runner space and click on “modify my registration”. Scroll down the form to the “personalize your medal” section and select “yes”. Then don't forget to save your changes at the bottom of the page and make payment to save your choice!

You will receive your medal plaque a few weeks after the event directly to your home, by post.

And if you've already ordered it, all you have to do is wait!
