Join us to make this sporting event an unforgettable success. With a variety of roles open to everyone, there's a place for each of you!

We offer a variety of missions open to everyone; discover them below.

Reception and information

  • Welcome, guide and inform participants, the public, partners and other volunteers.

Green Team

  • Collect and sort waste while traveling in a cart along the route.

Arrival staff

  • Distribute medals and other gifts to finishers.

  • Direct the runners towards the refreshment stand and the exit.

Cycling Team

  • Cycling orientation for groups of runners (have your own bike, electric bike authorized).

Logistics team

  • Install signage and equipment on the course.

  • Set up the Village on the Rotonde du Mont Blanc.

Relay point

  • Direct the runners into the airlock. Make it easier to take over.

Collection of bibs

  • Give bibs, t-shirts and partner prizes to participants.

Refreshment bar

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the refreshment bar (sales, beer draw, drinks service).

  • NB: It is preferable to know how to use a beer tap.

  • *Mission reserved for adults

Management of runners bags

  • Collect and classify the runners' bags at the start and return them after the race.

Refueling

  • ​Set up and restock the refueling stand.

  • Distribute drinks and food to the runners.

  • Sort the waste and tidy up the stand once the race is over.

Signalers

  • Enforce safety instructions for motorists and spectators

  • Guide runners on the course

  • Ensure the race runs smoothly

Carbon Footprint Survey

  • Collect environmental data from participants, by questioning them face to face (speak French and English, be sensitive or just curious about environmental issues)
